The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, also known as the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin.

2711 of these concrete slabs cover a site extending to 4.7 acres, in the middle of Berlin. Designed by architect Peter Eisenman the memorial was completed in December 2004 at a cost of €25 million.
